The Enjoy Wolverhampton BID team manages the Hytera digital radio link system, in partnership with MRS Communications Limited.
The digital radio system provides a seamless communication system between members of the Business Crime Partnership including West Midlands Police, shopping centre management, the retail and licensed premises, security providers, CCTV operators, public transport providers and the University of Wolverhampton. The radio link system enables strong communication between city businesses and agencies to enable a fast and more effective response to incidents of crime and anti-social behaviour to ensure the city remains vibrant, safe and welcoming.
The aim is to increase membership of the scheme as the range of projects delivered by the Wolverhampton BID and the city centres’ vibrancy grows. Our commitment to this scheme supports the BID’s aim of delivering a safe, friendly and welcoming city in which to shop, work, visit and live.
