Curatorial Officer - City of Wolverhampton Council

The City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking an enthusiastic Curatorial Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate, deliver and shape an inspiring and innovative programme of projects, exhibitions and events across the city’s cultural sites (Wolverhampton Art Gallery, Bantock House, Bilston Gallery and the City Archives); a programme which combines historical exhibitions and contemporary art and craft with popular themed exhibitions aimed at maximising audiences. The role will involve developing exhibitions and displays drawn from the city’s permanent collections, including our prestigious collections of Pop Art, works relating to the Troubles of Northern Ireland and work by Black British contemporary artists. The role will ensure that our programmes are accessible to a broad audience and relevant to the diverse communities of our city.
