FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANTS - Wolverhampton Grand Theatre

(Zero hours contract)

Wolverhampton Grand is a long-established Theatre in the heart of the Midlands. It receives a wide range of touring productions including drama, musicals, ballet, dance, opera and one of the biggest pantomimes in the UK, with audiences from across the region and beyond.

We are looking for dynamic, highly motivated, and out-going people to join our Front of House team. You will work in all areas of Front of House operations, such as merchandise selling, hosting, and waiting on private booths, ushering inside the auditorium and bar service. You will ensure the presentation and cleanliness of all Front of House points including bars are of the highest possible standard. You will also be required to provide information and directions to audience members requiring assistance during performance times.

Customer service, cash handling and experience of working behind a bar is essential.

If you are confident, energetic, and enthusiastic; can engage with both children and adults to ensure our customers receive the best possible service and perfect theatre experience and can contribute to achieving sales targets then we want to hear from you.

You must be able to keep calm under pressure and remain professional at all times.

Must be available daytime, evenings, and weekends. The ability to work predominately weekends is essential.
