PART TIME CONCIERGE & SECURITY - Wolverhampton Grand Theatre

Hours – 23 hours per week (annualised) worked on a flexible basis over days, evenings and weekends.

We are now seeking a part-time member of our Concierge and Security Team.

The purpose of this role is to undertake Front of House doorkeeper, security, and concierge duties. The role will provide a high standard of customer service and assist with the creation of an exciting, welcoming, and friendly environment for theatre patrons.

The successful candidate will be trained to a minimum of SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection Level and be responsible for the security of the Front of House areas during theatre opening hours. The role holder will also provide a visible security contact for all and be vigilant at all times. As a key member of the Front of House team the candidates will be extremely customer focused, and undertake duties such as checking tickets, carrying out bag searches, ensuring health and safety policies are adhered to and assisting with crime prevention and detection.

The candidate must be a strong communicator and be able to think in fast paced situations.
