GET BEST BAR NONE ACCREDITATION AND SHINE A SPOTLIGHT ON YOUR VENUE'S HIGH STANDARDS

Recognition you deserve

Enjoy Wolverhampton BID would like to invite you to take part in Best Bar None accreditation so you get the recognition you deserve.

It’s an opportunity to work together to improve safety, raise standards and reduce crime across our city centre, which will encourage customers to relax and have a great time knowing they are in good hands.

What is Best Bar None?

Best Bar None is a nationally recognised accreditation designed to uphold and celebrate the highest standards of practise in the licensed trade.

The assessment process is free and supported by the Home Office and the drinks and hospitality industries.

What is the process?

It’s an easy process. You will get a pre-assessment form, which we can help you with.
You will then book in an assessment.

Best Bar None assesses against four themes

  • Venue management assesses security measures and steps taken to reduce noise, litter and other effects the business may have.

  • Staff training and care considers how staff are supported by the business to perform their role, develop and grow, and to protect their wellbeing.

  • Customer safety and welfare reviews how well the venue takes care of its customers including preventing alcohol being sold to those under 18.

  • Customer service and community recognises that businesses work hard to provide a warm welcome to their customers and the communities they are part of.
