We offer a comprehensive range of information, advice and guidance and we understand that interconnected issues often underlie a single problem and we endeavour to address our client’s whole situation, not just isolated issues. Our services are delivered through various channels, including telephone, email, digital platforms and face to face interactions. We cater to clients who reside in the Dudley Borough and the City of Wolverhampton. We have a strong presence in the local community, earning the trust of both funding organisations and our clients. We are equipped with resources, tools and expertise, and dedicated to resolving client’s problems. In situations where we can’t assist clients directly, we will connect people to services through our networks and trusted partners. We are here to help people find the way forward and advocate for impactful policy change.
