GSuite
We use Gmail as our email provider and company email addresses are designated by the company Director using G-Suite. Email data and contents are stored in a Google data centre and may also be stored on company computers and employee smartphone devices. Our company equipment and devices are all encrypted with password protection.
Mailing Lists
We use MailChimp to contact our e-mail subscribers which holds basic information such as first name, last name and email address. By signing up to our mailing list, it means you are allowing us to send and store your contact information to MailChimp and within our MailChimp account. It also means that we can send you marketing emails directly from our Mailchimp account. Each time we send a marketing email to our subscribers, we are able to track interactions for email marketing and advert placement purposes.
We send you marketing information about the City Centre; this could include but not limited to - Events, Promotions from our businesses, News Updates and Public Information. If you have consented to receive marketing you can always opt out at a later date. You can stop receiving marketing emails from us any time. To stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes you can do two things.
When receiving a marketing email from Mailchimp; Click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email and this will automatically update our mailing list.
If you receive emails or telephone contact directly from us and would rather we just went away, please click here and notify us.
Access to your information
You can request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
