Grab your trail map and set off on an adventure, discovering eight bug‑themed towers and floor stickers across the city centre. Each stop reveals fascinating bug facts and plenty to keep curious minds entertained.

You can find maps all around the city centre or you can download a map here to print at home.

Perfect for families, children, and anyone looking for a fun day out, this free trail guides you through Wolverhampton’s streets, squares, and public spaces as you search for every bug on the map. Along the way, you’ll uncover some of the city’s best‑loved locations — and maybe even stumble upon places you’ve never visited before, like our stunning Art Gallery or the 1-year-old Lockworks Cinema.

As you explore, collect the clue to help you uncover the mystery 9th bug. Start at the Pop‑Up Park including Bug Tower 1:
Where Pomegranate CafĂ© and Kismet Coffee offer the perfect warm‑up treat.

At Location 2:
The iconic Chubb Buildings is home to Medicine Bakery and Lockworks Cinema — and you don’t need to be seeing a film to enjoy their box office area or upstairs bar.

Location 3:
Brings you to Glaze CafĂ© and the free Art Gallery, open seven days a week — don’t miss the Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing show on the hour.

Near Location 4:
You’re close to a Michelin Food Guide Indian restaurant and the charming St Peter’s Church House CafĂ©.

Location 5:
Takes you down Victoria Street, packed with favourites like Slug & Lettuce, The George Wallis, Tunwalls English Kitchen, and Meat Free Planet.
