Defibrillators and Bleed Kits
We currently have 23 Bleed Kits and 18 Defibrillators available across the City Centre. Should you need to access one of these please call 999 and you will be advised of the location of your nearest kit or defibrillator.
We would like to thank businesses across the City Centre who have Defibrillators available which are a crucial piece of equipment if someone is in cardiac arrest and those holding Public Access Bleed Kits. These are potentially lifesaving kits provide instant access to critical first aid care in the event of someone suffering a severe bleed, the kits will help to control the bleed and provide treatment whilst waiting for the ambulance to arrive.
We would like to thank Martyne Johnson who has donated 12 Public Access Bleed Kits to the City Centre by fund raising in memory of her brother Tom Kirwan.
